When I began reading King of the Game by K.R. Bankston, it was a little difficult to get going.  I had the book for a while in my Nook; I would read so many pages and put it down.  It was hard to keep my attention in the beginning of the book, but once I finally picked it up to finish reading it, I couldn't put it down.
